The Tower of Virtue is the moral foundation of RichLearning. This tower focuses on character development, ethical reasoning, and the internal compass that guides human decisions. In a world where knowledge is easily accessible, virtue determines how that knowledge is used.
Through immersive VR scenarios, learners are placed in morally complex situations where choices have consequences. These experiences are not about right or wrong answers, but about reflection, accountability, and understanding impact.
AR reinforces these lessons in real life by encouraging learners to recognize ethical moments in everyday decisions.
Virtue here is not taught as theory. It is experienced, questioned, and internalized.
